Gynecomastia...

Gynecomastia is caused by a hormonal disorder that can develop primarily due to two reasons: one, the decrease in the production of androgens (testosterone) and a rise in estrogens production, and two, increased the conversion of androgen precursors into estrogens.

In most cases, the Gynecomastia is nothing more than excess fat in the breasts.

In these cases the solution is a nonsurgical treatment called Hidrolipoclasia. However, when the mammary gland is too big is necessary to carry out an operation a bit more complex, where more fat glandular tissue is removed of the breasts.
